Who doesn’t think science experiments are fun? There are YouTube channels for children, like ExpCaserosKids, where you’ll find videos of simple experiments that you can do at home. It’s a great way to get some family time, while learning about the world around us.

Science has always been present in movies and on TV. You’re sure to remember Beakman’s World o Back to the Future. Today, shows and movies still keep us dreaming of time machines. Here, we’re recommending a few that will appeal to both kids and adults.
The first is Young Sheldon, a spin-off of the show The Big Bang Theory that chronicles the adventures at school of the charismatic Sheldon Cooper. Fun is guaranteed with this child prodigy and future theoretical physicist.
Our second recommendation is the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. The main character, Flint Lockwood tries to build an invention that will change the world. His adventures as a scientist, from his childhood to the present, will keep you entertained.

For fans of the classics, we propose a couple of toys that will get their brains going. ONE GIANT LEAP.
The NASA website is a fantastic resource for learning about the universe. They have a children’s section where you’ll find interactive games, information to help kids understand astrophysical phenomena, and posts about the recent activities at the space agency. Every day they publish a photograph or video with incredible images like the one below. Take a look around the site and prepare to be amazed!
