We’re carrying on with our Christmas recipes so that the festive days can be even sweeter and more special. Today, we want to give you a secret recipe… we say it’s secret because it’s so delicious that only you can know it. Guess what it is? Banana and chocolate lollipops! The supreme way to enjoy this fruit!
Besides, do you know the advantage of this recipe? We can also use it to make lollipops with other fruits … although today we will be making the lollipops with bananas. Okay… no more chatter… we know you can’t wait to see how they are made so you can taste them right away. Off we go!
Ingredients (for 4 persons)
- 1 banana
- 50g of chopped almonds or any other nut that you fancy
- 200g of black chocolate
- 150g of margarine
- 50g de oil
- 12 skewers
Preparation
First, we peel the banana and cut it in slices. Skewer the slices, one slice per skewer, and place them in the freezer.
Now, melt the chocolate with the margarine in a bowl. Once they are melted, we add the oil and mix it all together very well.
When this is done, we take the banana out of the freezer and dip it into the melted chocolate. Next, we add the chopped almonds. We can place the almonds in a plate to make it easier to coat the banana slices.
When that is done, we can eat them straight away (not all of them…hahaha!) and/or we can keep them in the fridge for later. And that’s it!
Easier and more delicious… impossible!
